Promail Monthly New Resident Names Download
The Madow Group is pleased to offer Promail clients convenient online access to their monthly new resident information. You can now obtain your monthly new mover list just by logging into this section below. Your data file will be downloaded at the push of a button in your choice of a Microsoft Excel CSV (comma separated value) format, or on a Microsoft Word file that has been already formatted to fit mailing labels (Avery 5160 size labels, or similar). Simply log in, and you'll be able to select a folder on your PC's hard drive to save it.
If you currently receive your lists in the mail on printed labels or on
CD, you will continue to get them in that way. This new download tool simply
offers more options to you if you need another copy of your monthly list for
any reason, or if you do not know how to mail merge the names. If you currently receive your lists via email, we will continue
to send you your monthly notice message, and direct you to this page to log
in and download it.

Promail Mail Merge Instructions
Although we highly recommend hand addressing your names onto your envelopes to really help personalize the mailing, we recognize that many of our customers prefer to print them from their computer. If you would like to create mailing labels, our Mail Merge Instructions are available to you by clicking one of the following links. Please choose the version of Microsoft Word you have installed on your computer: Word 2000, Word 2003, Word 2007. Promail Terms of Subscription
Promail is designed to be a flexible program for you. Each account has the choice to sign up on a monthly basis, or can save more on their cost per new resident name by choosing either a six (6) or twelve (12) month contract. When an office subscribes to Promail, they sign the Terms of Subscription for the program they choose. This form describes our billing process, what to expect from your lists, policies for changing or canceling subscriptions and various other important information. However, we frequently receive calls from customers who ask questions that are covered in this form, or to send another copy of it since it was misplaced, or a variety of other reasons. Therefore, we have made it available to you by clicking one of the following links: Monthly, Six Month Contract, Twelve Month Contract.
